REQUIREMENTS

​

Main Controller Requirements

1- Valid driving license.
2- Passport or ID.
3- You must be at least 21 years old.
4- Credit card in the name of the main driver.
5- $200 refundable security deposit.
6- You cannot use another person's credit card if you register as the main driver.
7- All our cars can be driven only within the State of Florida. You can't leave Florida.
8- Daily rent and insurance must be paid with Cash, Zelle or CashApp.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

US $200.00 —> Regular Brands
US $500.00 —> High-end brands
 

At the time of pickup, the main driver will leave a refundable security deposit of US$500.00 on your credit card. Cash and debit cards are not accepted. The counter staff will confirm how much it will be.

This company will not accept prepaid, reload or virtual credit cards, or any card on which the relevant characters are not raised (debossed).

EXCESS DAMAGE

US$3500.00

 This coverage is only valid if you comply with the terms of the rental agreement. It does not cover other parts of the car (eg, windows, wheels, interior or chassis), or charges (eg, for towing or time off the road), or anything in the car (eg, child seats, GPS devices or personal effects) .

 

FUEL POLICY

When you pick up your car, the fuel tank will be full or partially full. You will leave a deposit to cover the cost of fuel - the counter staff will block this money on your credit card. Just before you return your car, replace the fuel you have used.

MILEAGE

Unlimited

Your rental includes unlimited free kilometers.

Insurance, Coverage and Exemptions

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

​

If the body of the car is damaged, the most you will pay for repairs covered by the Collision Damage Waiver is the damage excess. This coverage is only valid if you comply with the terms of the rental agreement. It does not cover other parts of the car (eg glass, wheels, interior, roof or undercarriage), charges (eg for towing or time off the road), or anything in the car (eg (eg, child seats, GPS devices, or staff). belongings).

Theft Protection (TP)

If your car is stolen, the most you will pay for replacement costs covered by the policy is the theft deductible. This coverage is only valid if you comply with the terms of the rental agreement.

Mileage / Kilometers

Your rental includes unlimited free miles.

Changing the length of your rental may affect the number of miles you can drive for free. It can also affect how much you'll pay for each additional mile.

Toll rates

WHAT YOU NEED IN PICK UP

Acceptable forms of payment

It is necessary to have a credit card for this reservation.

​

The main driver must be in possession of a Credit Card in his name at the time of picking up the car. The Card must have sufficient available funds to cover the excess/deposit amount (which will be blocked on the Card for the duration of the rental). The Card will also need to pay for local fees, additional equipment, and anything additionally purchased at the rental car counter.

​

Debit cards and cash are not accepted.

When picking up the car, the main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a full driver's license in their name.

An International Driving Permit is required if the driving license is printed with a non-Roman alphabet.

 

Rental Voucher / eVoucher

​

When you pick up your car, the counter staff should see your voucher, which you will receive when your reservation is confirmed.

Your voucher proves that the car is reserved in the name of the main driver.

The minimum age for this car is 25 years.

​

The car rental company's age-related charges and restrictions will apply to all additional drivers.

Flight details: If you are arriving by plane, please provide us with your flight number so we can pass it on to your rental company (ideally at least 3 days before you pick up your car). You can tell us your flight number when you book your car. To add it to a reservation you've already made, click 'Manage Reservation' at the top of the page. Be sure to enter your flight number and not any other number the airline has sent you, such as a confirmation number. We cannot be held responsible if a problem with your flight prevents you from picking up your car. You may decide to contact your airline to inquire about compensation.

DEPOSITS, EXCESSES AND COVERAGE

All rental cars must have Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP). Both policies will be:

​

  • included in our package, or

  • purchasable from the car rental company, or

  • provided by the customer's credit card company.

Deposit / Franchise

​

The rental company will require a security deposit of $500.00 when you pick up your car. The deposit will be returned after the rental, provided that all conditions have been met.

​

The car has an excess for theft of $0.00 including taxes.

​

There is no excess for the coverage provided by the car rental company's CDW policy.

​

The damage excess only applies to auto parts that are covered by your auto Collision Damage Waiver policy. If other parts of the car (such as the windshield, tires and undercarriage) are damaged, you will pay the full cost of the repair.

When you pick up your car, the counter staff can offer you additional products in relation to your excess or deposit. If you have purchased Full Protection through us, you do not need to purchase them. However, the rental company's products may provide additional benefits: for example, an advanced level of service. If you decide that you want these benefits, you may also choose to purchase their products.

Be sure to read the terms and conditions of the coverage you receive when you sign the rental agreement at the time of pickup to learn about the policy's exclusions and limits. Policies typically exclude things like windshield, glass, wheels, tires, landing gear, interior, personal belongings, towing expenses, and off-road time, as well as any "additional equipment" rented from the car rental company, such as child seats and GPS. devices.

Please note that your coverage will be voided for negligence, refueling errors or failure to comply with the terms of the rental agreement (for example, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs).

Be sure to read the terms and conditions you receive when you sign the agreement at the time of pickup for more information on policy limits and exclusions.

Before purchasing any coverage, check any travel or auto policies you may already have, as they may provide equivalent coverage.

If additional insurance or coverage is purchased at the car rental counter, the amount of the deposit will be reduced.

Administration charges

​

The car rental company will collect damages to the car once it is delivered, and a damage management fee will be charged in addition to the amount deducted from the excess.

An immobilization fee is paid in the event of an accident. This is in addition to the amount deducted from the excess and is mandatory. This charge is calculated against the group of vehicles and the number of days of repair.

EXTRA SERVICES

Customers whose travel plans include driving outside of the rental country (or crossing borders or traveling to different islands within the same country) must inform us before picking up the car. Restrictions may apply for certain countries which may require the customer to pay additional fees.

Additional Equipment Conditions

Additional extras will be subject to applicable sales and location taxes.

Customers requiring additional equipment may be required to leave a deposit at the car rental counter.

The cost to add an additional driver is $14.49 before tax per day.

 

The car rental company's age-related charges and restrictions will apply to all additional drivers.

Information on exchange rates and fees

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or any fees that may be charged by your bank or credit card issuer. Therefore, the amount that appears on your credit card statement may differ from the amount you saw when you made your reservation.

 

Similarly, if we credit your account with any money, we will refund the exact amount initially charged.

Important information from the car rental company

​

Accident or breakdown: In the event of a breakdown, accident or mechanical difficulty, you must call the car rental company immediately. They must give authority for repairs or replacement of cars. Keep copies of all paperwork you are asked to complete. This may be necessary if you want to make a claim. For accidents, a police report and an incident report from the car rental desk will be required.

 

Roadside Assistance: Most car rental companies offer some form of emergency roadside assistance service, for which you may have to pay a supplement. When you pick up your car, be sure to find out where the paperwork is kept. In most cases, it will be in the glove box or attached to the sun visor.

 

Lost Keys: If you lose your key(s), you will be charged for the cost of replacement.

 

Seat belt – Regardless of the country you are driving in, the driver and passengers must wear seat belts, if equipped, wherever they are seated in the car.

 

Please note that all cars have a no smoking policy. Fines will apply if this policy is not followed.

 

Price Calculation: Prices are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates you agree to before your rental begins. If you pick up the car later or return it early, you will not receive a refund for the unused time.

 

Flight details: If you are arriving by plane, please provide us with your flight number so we can pass it on to your rental company (ideally at least 3 days before you pick up your car). You can tell us your flight number when you book your car. To add it to a reservation you've already made, click 'Manage Reservation' at the top of the page. Be sure to enter your flight number and not any other number the airline has sent you, such as a confirmation number. At the time of collection, the client can choose to take a different car, instead of the one reserved for him.

If they do, they may be charged an additional premium, even if the new car is smaller than their original choice.

 

If you are involved in an accident; and the car "Flips" on the roof; you may be required to pay an additional fee on top of the excess amount.

 

Cancellations and modifications: we go beyond our legal obligations. Although local laws do not require us to offer specific cancellation rights, we guarantee that we will abide by our refund policy if you cancel your reservation.

 

Cancellation of deposit reservations

 

If you cancel:

 

  • MORE THAN 48 hours before your rental begins, you will receive a refund, less the reservation deposit you paid when you reserved the car.

  • LESS THAN 48 hours before, or while you are at the rental counter, we will refund what you paid minus the cost of 3 days of your rental, so there will be no refund if your car was booked for 3 days or less.

  • AFTER your rental begins (or just a no-show), you will not receive any refunds.

 

Cancellation of fully prepaid reservations

  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before your rental begins, you will be refunded the money you paid.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours before the collection, the money you have paid will be refunded, less the cost of a 3-day rental:

    • if you have reserved the car for less than 3 days, there will be no additional charge, but you will not receive any refund.

  • If you do not show up at the agreed time and date, and/or do not provide all the necessary documentation, and/or do not provide a credit card with sufficient funds available, the car rental company may deny you the car. If that happens:

    • if you call us from the counter, we will refund the money you have paid, minus the cost of a 3-day rental

    • if you do not call us from the front desk, you will not receive a refund.

 

do not show

A 'no show' is when you:

  • you want to cancel but don't tell us before your rental starts, or

  • not picking up the car at the agreed time and date, or

  • failure to provide the required documentation to pick up the car, or

  • does not provide a credit card in the name of the primary driver with sufficient funds available.

  • ​

In all these cases, you will not receive any refund of the money you have paid.

​

The counter staff may deny you the car if (for example):

  • you are not on time

  • You are not eligible to rent the car.

  • You don't have the documentation you need

  • The primary driver does not have a credit card in his name, with sufficient funds available for the car's security deposit.

  • ​

If that happens, call us from the rental desk to cancel your reservation and you will receive a refund, less the cost of 3 days of your rental. Otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund.

​

Modifications (changes to your reservation)

​

You can make changes to your reservation at any time before the car pick-up time.

In most cases, the easiest way to do this is through our app or our website (under 'Manage Booking').

​

There is no administration fee for changing your reservation, but any changes you make may affect the rental price. Sometimes the only way we can change a reservation is to cancel it and make another, in which case we may charge you a cancellation fee on behalf of the rental company.

​

If changing your reservation would change the price or incur a cancellation fee, we will let you know in advance.
